Intelligent Servo Electric Hoists are advanced ergonomic lifting solutions powered by a servo motor, servo drive, planetary gearbox, and intelligent sensors, all controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. Designed for precision material handling, they offer easy operation, accurate positioning, variable speed control, and exceptional safety. With fast response times and duty ratings up to M5 and above, these hoists can be equipped with hooks, clamps, vacuum lifters, pressure handles, touch-control handles, wireless remotes, and other customized accessories to meet diverse industrial lifting applications.

  • Flexible Speed Control:
    Smooth and responsive speed adjustment, ideal for repetitive load-handling operations.
  • Intelligent Balance Mode:
    Allows effortless load movement and precise positioning with minimal operator force.
  • Anti-Rebound Protection:
    Prevents load drift or rebound when the load weight changes suddenly, enhancing operational safety.
  • Power Failure Protection:
    Automatically brakes and locks the load in position during power outages.
  • Misoperation Prevention:
    Built-in photoelectric sensors in the control handle disable operation when no operator is detected.
  • Ergonomic Programming Interface:
    User-configurable settings for speed switching points, soft limits, and speed percentages to optimize operator comfort and efficiency.
  • Two Operating Modes:
    1. Manual Mode
    The hoist operates only when the operator holds the handle or presses the optional remote handle buttons. The intelligent handle detects the direction and force applied by the user and automatically adjusts lifting speed and direction. Greater applied force results in higher operating speed.
    2. Suspension Mode
    After switching to Float Mode, the load can be moved up or down simply by guiding it by hand, without operating the handle, enabling effortless load positioning and handling.
    3. Optional Remote Handle
    The remote handle is an optional accessory and is typically used instead of the coaxial handle. Two buttons control upward and downward movement, while proportional travel sensing enables stepless speed control based on button pressure..
