DESCRIPTIONCrane motor and electrical appliances of this crane are explosion proof type

NUCLEON for the explosion-proof, insulation needs of the crane equipment were designed, the products are widely used in hydropower, chemical, petroleum, natural gas, pharmaceutical, food and other special areas of operation.

Explosion proof overhead crane adopts lightweight, modular and parametric design. Hoisting mechanism uses new Chinese crab explosion-proof electric hoist with superior performance and advanced technology. Traveling mechanism of trolley is drove by three-in-one drive device and the control mechanism adopts the advanced variable frequency and speed regulation control system.

Crane motor and electrical appliances of this crane are explosion proof type.When explosion proof grade is ExdⅡCT4,traveling mechanism should do spark proof treatment.

Explosion-proof cranes include: explosion-proof electric single girder cranes, explosion-proof single girder suspension cranes, explosion-proof electric hoist bridge cranes, explosion-proof winch double girder cranes.

Working level: A5, the working environment of -20 ℃ ~ +40 ℃.

The crane has many safety protection measures such as overload protection, lifting limit, operation limit, overcurrent, undervoltage, voltage failure, short-circuit protection. In addition, the crane can also add other devices as required such as the second brake, overspeed protection, stall protection, safety monitoring system to improve the safety of the lifted materials.

Variable frequency speed regulation and stable operation.

Variable frequency control is adopted for the hoisting mechanism, crab and trolley traveling mechanism, which can reduce the product shaking during hoisting and improve the hoisting safety.

Ensure that the crane moves slowly and accurately as it approaches its destination.


Electric Anti-sway Function

Can automatically limit the sway of the loader in the process of handling, faster handling and more accurate positioning.

Our cranes can add sub-low speed and sub-high speed function regulation except for low speed and high speed, which is practical and efficient.
