Project Background
A manufacturing client in Macedonia recently placed an order with us for a customized lifting and material transfer solution. The customer's facility required efficient handling of medium- to heavy-duty loads across different sections of their production line, with a focus on safety, precision, and operational flexibility. After in-depth technical discussions, the final solution included one set of 10-ton European-style overhead crane and two sets of 20-ton electric transfer carts.
Project Challenges
The client needed equipment tailored to a relatively compact working area with strict spatial constraints. Equipment reliability was crucial, as any downtime could directly impact production. Additionally, the system needed to integrate seamlessly with the client's existing 380V/50Hz/3-phase power supply, and support dual control modes for enhanced operator convenience.
Solutions
To meet the customer's needs, our engineering team proposed a space-saving 10T single-girder European crane with variable frequency drive for smooth operation. We also supplied two customized flatbed transfer carts with different table dimensions to serve different workshop areas—both capable of handling 20-ton loads with stepless speed control and wireless remote operation.

Delivery and Installation
All equipment was completed on schedule and passed factory quality inspections before dispatch. To ensure timely delivery, we secured the earliest available shipping date and arranged cargo transportation to the nearest seaport.
