Εναέριοι γερανοί με δοκό
Εργοστάσιο
Καζακστάν

In international crane equipment export projects, completing production is not the end of the project. For international customers, what truly tests a supplier's capability is whether the equipment can be installed smoothly after arriving at the site, whether technical issues during commissioning can be responded to quickly, and whether remote communication can effectively solve practical problems.
Recently, ΠΡΩΤΟΝΙΟ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΥΡΗΝΑ ΤΟΥ ΑΤΟΜΟΥ completed the export project of two sets of Εναέριοι γερανοί με δοκό to Kazakhstan. From equipment manufacturing and railway transportation to customer installation and commissioning, we not only completed an equipment delivery, but also experienced a technical cooperation across borders.
Customized Crane Solution Based on Customer Requirements
This project came from a customer in Kazakhstan. During the initial communication stage, the customer clearly explained their requirements: they needed two reliable Single Girder Bridge Cranes and provided us with part of the equipment's technical parameters.
Based on the information provided by the customer, ΠΡΩΤΟΝΙΟ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΥΡΗΝΑ ΤΟΥ ΑΤΟΜΟΥ's engineering team conducted a comprehensive analysis of key parameters, including lifting capacity, span, lifting height, traveling speed, and control method. We then designed a suitable crane solution that met the customer's actual application requirements.
The final equipment configuration was confirmed as follows:
- Χωρητικότητα: 10 τόνοι
- Ύψος ανύψωσης: 8μ
- Span: 16.75m
This crane solution was designed to ensure stable operation, precise control, and convenient installation, providing reliable support for efficient material handling after delivery.
The Single Girder Overhead Cranes Were Transported to Kazakhstan by Railway
After the equipment entered the production stage, we completed manufacturing, assembly, and factory inspection according to the project schedule. Before shipment, our engineering team conducted a full inspection of the two Single Girder Overhead Cranes and started export packaging after confirming all indicators met the requirements.
Since the equipment needed to be transported by rail over a long distance to Kazakhstan, we developed a dedicated packaging and securing solution:
- Overall Protection: Waterproof and dustproof materials were used to protect the equipment surface and key components.
- Key Protection: The main structure and electrical components of the Single Girder Bridge Cranes were specially protected.
- Secure Fixation: Steel wire ropes and lashing methods were used for multi-point fixation to reduce movement during transportation.

How We Assisted the Customer with the Remote Control Issue During Installation?
After the Single Girder EOT Cranes arrived at the site, the customer started installation and commissioning. During the commissioning process, the customer reported that the remote control could not operate the crane normally.
At that time, we had already guided the customer to complete part of the on-site connections: the power supply had been connected; the traveling motors for the crane and trolley had been connected; and the sensors had also been installed. However, the remote control system still could not work. The customer then sent us on-site photos, videos, and electrical wiring information, hoping that our engineers could assist with the inspection.

Confirming the Wiring Connections Step by Step
After receiving the customer's feedback, our engineers first checked the electrical diagram and on-site wiring photos to assist the customer in confirming the relevant remote control wiring connections step by step.
The confirmation included the traveling control circuit, hoisting control circuit, and remote control interface connection method. By analyzing the wire numbers, terminal positions, and control logic, we gradually checked the on-site wiring status.
Through remote communication between our engineers and the customer, we confirmed that the on-site wiring connections matched the requirements shown in the electrical diagram. This helped clarify the customer's concerns regarding the wiring connections and provided reliable support for the following installation and commissioning work.
Remotely Guiding the Customer to Check the Remote Control
After confirming the wiring connections with the customer, we found that the electrical installation matched the requirements shown in the diagram. However, the Single Girder Overhead Cranes still could not be operated through the remote control, which led the customer to ask about the correct startup procedure.
We then explained that the remote control system includes a safety protection logic, and the following steps are required before the first operation:
- Use the key to unlock the electrical lock
- Release the emergency stop status of the remote control
- Turn on the power of the remote control
Technical Team Conducted Final Confirmation Based on On-Site Photos
Based on the electrical wiring diagram and the photos provided by the customer, ΠΡΩΤΟΝΙΟ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΥΡΗΝΑ ΤΟΥ ΑΤΟΜΟΥ's engineers carefully checked the relevant components and finally confirmed the following points:
- The remote control had been activated and could work normally
- The sensor installation position was correct
- The related control wiring was correctly connected

International Project Delivery Is More Than Just Delivering Equipment to Customers
For international customers, the value of a crane is not only reflected in the equipment itself. More importantly, it depends on whether the supplier can continue providing support from the beginning of the project until the equipment is put into operation.
For this Kazakhstan project, from manufacturing in our factory in China, to cross-border railway transportation, and finally to customer installation and commissioning, we maintained continuous communication with the customer throughout the entire process.
Although we were separated by thousands of kilometers, we were still able to respond quickly to customer requirements through detailed electrical diagrams, on-site photos, and engineering communication.
