The customer was very satisfied with our product quality and the online help provided during installation, which enabled the customer to independently install the crane without the help of an engineer.
The customer's goods began to be shipped in July and arrived at the customer's port after a month of shipping time. Initially, the customer was very reluctant to install the system themselves, feeling they couldn't do it on their own and hoping we'd send a professional engineer to guide them. However, we sent them installation instructions and a video, and they expressed how helpful the detailed video was. Throughout this time, our online after-sales support was always available to answer their questions, providing prompt responses to any inquiries they had.
