Project Implementation

During the initial consultation, Ratan, the client's project manager, emphasized key requirements: “The lifting capacity must not be less than 4 tons. It should be easy to operate, ensure high safety, and be able to withstand the harsh salt-laden air during Bangladesh's monsoon season.”
Taking this into account, Nucleon's Sales Manager Hani immediately arranged a cross-functional team meeting involving technical development, engineering, and after-sales service departments. Through a remote video conference, our technical team performed a detailed assessment of the operating environment, lifting demands, and corrosion challenges specific to the shipyard's coastal location.
Based on our analysis, we proposed a 5 ton jib crane, a step up from the client's original expectations. The customized solution was completed within a week and was designed for superior load performance, intuitive control, and long-term durability in corrosive environments.
Upon arrival at the Bangladeshi port, Nucleon's technical team was dispatched for on-site installation and commissioning. We also delivered hands-on training to the shipyard's operational staff to ensure safe and efficient crane use from day one.
