A new customer contacted us while planning equipment for a factory still under construction. This was their first cooperation with us, and after evaluating multiple crane suppliers, they ultimately chose to work with our team. The project involved supplying two overhead cranes for a facility still being built. Key challenges included:

Providing a user-friendly control solution for a multi-bay crane setup.
Solutions
To meet the customer's needs, we designed a solution using two HD series 10-ton single girder overhead cranes. As the construction progressed, we worked closely with the customer to adjust beam length and lifting height parameters in line with updated workshop drawings. For ease of operation and safety, the cranes were equipped with wireless remote control systems, eliminating the need for pendant lines on the ground.

Delivery and Installation
The cranes have completed production and are now packed and ready for shipment. Installation support documents have been prepared and provided. Our team will offer remote technical assistance during on-site assembly and startup. The flexible design of the system ensures smooth integration into the customer's new facility.
