As part of our ongoing cooperation with a valued customer in Ecuador, we recently completed the production of two sets of 10-ton overhead cranes. Once the manufacturing was finished, we arranged a video call with the customer to facilitate a remote inspection of the goods.
During the call, the customer carefully reviewed the crane's key components, including the hoist, control system, and main beam structure. He expressed high recognition of our product quality, attention to detail, and professional service. Due to challenges in space booking, the customer entrusted us with the full logistics process, from space booking to final delivery.
