A customer approached us with the need for a compact and adaptable lifting solution that could accommodate variable working environments. The project required a crane system suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with flexible configuration options for span and lifting height to support different operational scenarios. The client operates in a setting where equipment may need to be relocated or adjusted frequently, making traditional fixed cranes less suitable.

- Limited space constraints in some areas of operation require different spans.

Solutions
To address these needs, we designed a customized flexible crane with the following key features:
- Adjustable span of 3m, 4m, 5m, and 6m, allowing it to adapt to different workspace widths.
- Adjustable lifting height ranging from 3.2m to 5.4m to handle loads at various elevations.
- Dual-speed lifting (0.8/5 m/min) to accommodate both precision and efficiency.
- Cross-travel speed adjustable between 2–20 m/min for flexible positioning.
- The crane travels at a speed of 11 m/min for steady horizontal movement.
- Dual control modes: remote control + pendant control for convenience and safety.
