After a preliminary site assessment, it was confirmed that the customer's entire workshop structure is made of load-bearing concrete. Based on this condition, we designed and supplied custom steel brackets for direct wall mounting. By precisely calculating the bracket installation height, the required lifting height was achieved without adding new columns, effectively reducing the customer's overall investment cost.
In addition, we supplied the runway beams, rails, power supply system, the complete crane, and spare parts as a complete solution.
The customer expressed high satisfaction with the crane. Following our detailed installation manual, the customer successfully completed the installation within ten days. The crane has now been officially put into operation in the workshop and is performing reliably.
